Use the WhosOn Client to watch live stats, receive popup chat requests & error alerts. You can also view visitor & prospects lists for today and previous days.
Selecting the visitor lets us view the visit detail:

We can also view the GEO-IP information:
Clicking the View Map button allows us to use Google Maps (or Microsoft Virtual Earth) to view the visitor's physical location:
We can also edit the Contact information for the visitor which is then stored in the WhosOn database and shown against the visitor on their subsequent visits:
All editions of WhosOn show the Country, City and State & Organization.
